Only authorized representatives of organizations may create and manage organization accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable IP laws.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third‑party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, abuse, or security risks.

5. Data & Confidentiality

We treat your case data and documents as confidential and use them only to provide and improve the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any confidential information you upload is shared in compliance with your internal policies and client agreements.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available and responsive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Minds IP Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
